In 2016, the Post received a Home Depot Grant and a VFW Foundation Community Service Grant to allow us to renovate the inside of the post and paint the outside of the building. The following photos show just a small part of the transformation. The windows are new energy efficient windows with new blinds. The kitchen has a fresh coat of paint and has been cleaned by the wives of our members, who also helped paint, organize and clean the post. The bathroom has a new coat of paint, too.

A new sign has been ordered and another sign for the front is in the works. All of this work was completed by members, volunteers from UCM, TeamRWB and member’s spouses and children. This project has taken almost nine months and I encourage you to come to the meetings or the membership dinner to see the results.
